In order for our products to be manufactured we need to undertake a full survey of the location to take exact measurements so we can manufacture to these requirements. Our surveyor will also advise of any power supply or other requirements that may be needed for the product to be installed.

Yes, we supply and install to domestic customers along with trade customers.

A typical working day for installations is 8am to 6pm, however we offer a 24 hour call out service in the event of an emergency.

All products supplied by S.A.A carry a warranty against defective parts for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. This warranty is subject to fair wear & tear and the products being maintained in accordance with our recommended service intervals.

All of our engineers are appropriately skilled, trained by DHF (Door & Hardware Federation) and hold CSCS cards. S.A.A is also an accredited CHAS member and we hold valid public & products liability insurance to the value of £5,000,000.

Service intervals are dependant on the frequency that the product (s) are used. Once this is ascertained a price will be given to maintain in accordance with the usage on an annual rolling contract.

We can arrange for a surveyor to visit and go through the options available to suit the opening.

RAL colours are used for information defining standard colours for varnish, powder coating and plastics. It is the most popular Central European colour standard used today.  The colours are used in architecture, construction, industry and road safety.

During the site survey our surveyor can match the colour as close as possible using the RAL colour chart.

No, all of our products are made to measure we need to ensure they are accurately measured and suited to the opening, for this reason we provide a free of charge site survey. If you are interested in garage roller shutters you can use our estimator under the “Garage roller shutter” section of our website. If you are interested in any other product you can email your approximate measurements to so we can give an indicative price before survey.

All of our products are made to measure so we are unable to offer returns. We undertake a no obligation full site survey so you won’t be disappointed with your product.

We can supply to the same trade but are required to undertake the installation of our products to ensure that conform to legal & H&S requirements.

A deposit of 50% of the order value is required in order for the products to be manufactured and the final balance is due on completion.
